Please visit this page regularly. If you violate these Conditions, Desarrolladora Selva Escondida S.A. de C.V. and/or Studio Inmobiliario AP & DL S.A. de C.V. may cancel your use of the Site, ban you from future operations on the Site, cancel any purchase-sale transactions received through the Site, cancel your purchase-sale transaction, and/or take legal action as deemed necessary.

Permitted Use

You hereby fully declare that you understand that you are only authorized to visit, view, and consult the pages of this Site for your own personal use.

The purchase-sale transaction is governed at the state, municipal, or federal level, as applicable. Bank fees are not generated by Desarrolladora Selva Escondida S.A. de C.V. and/or Studio Inmobiliario AP & DL S.A. de C.V. These fees are non-refundable.

You may be asked to provide certain information when participating in specific processes on the Site. You hereby declare and warrant that all information you provide is true, complete, and correct, and that you will update it as needed.

You also agree to comply at all times with the terms, conditions, and laws governing this service and release Desarrolladora Selva Escondida S.A. de C.V. and/or Studio Inmobiliario AP & DL S.A. de C.V. from any liability arising from your violations of the law.

We will cooperate with authorities and may provide them with any information you submit to assist in investigations or legal processes.

If we cannot verify or authenticate any information you provide during registration, ordering, purchasing, posting, authenticity verification, delivery, payment, remittance, or any other process, or if we cannot verify or authorize your credit card or bank account information, your use of the Site may be prohibited.

The Site may automatically generate search results that reference or link to third-party websites on the World Wide Web.

Fly & Buy Promotion

The promotion called Fly & Buy is subject to the following terms and conditions. By participating in the promotion, the client acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these terms:

1. Mandatory Pre-Registration

To access the promotion, the client must complete their registration through the form provided by their Selva Escondida II advisor or via the official link, which will be sent electronically.

Registration must be completed at least three (3) calendar days in advance of the planned travel date.

2. Travel Period

The client must travel to Selva Escondida II within a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of registration. If this deadline is not met, the promotion will be considered invalid.

3. Promotion Benefit

The client will be entitled to a financial benefit of $10,000.00 MXN, ten thousand pesos 00/100, which will be applied in one of the following ways:

As a direct discount on the down payment.
Via bank transfer to the account provided by the client, subject to fulfillment of all requirements outlined in this document.

4. Additional Requirements for Applying the Benefit

To be eligible for the benefit, the client must meet the following requirements without exception:

Make the corresponding reservation payment.
Sign the purchase order.
Sign the purchase agreement for the selected unit.

5. Travel Verification

The client must provide documentary evidence of the trip, including at least:

Flight proof, such as an e-ticket, boarding pass, or similar document.
The travel date must match the period established in clause two.

6. General Terms

The promotion cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts.

Selva Escondida II reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice, while always honoring previously granted benefits for clients who have complied with all of these terms and conditions.

The interpretation and enforcement of these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Selva Escondida II.

Referral Program – Selva Family

If there is a prior record of your referral in our system, and it has been in the system for a year or less, they will not be able to participate in the program.
Previous buyers cannot be referred or refer themselves.
Registrations must be a minimum of six hours before the closing of the sale.
The referral is valid for three months, 90 calendar days, from the registration in our system.
Referral payments will be made after the signing of the deed of the property only if the Purchase Price has been paid.
The benefits will be issued to the registrant and are non-transferable.
Selva Escondida’s Sales Consultants and Commercial Allies may not participate.
Improper handling of this program may result in its cancellation.
Program, terms, and conditions effective from August 20, 2024, until further notice.
